Day 01: Cochin Arrival – MunnarOn arrival in Cochin by flight/Train you will meet our Tour Executive and transfer to Munnar -the beautiful and peaceful hill station covered with an unending expanse of tea plantatio. Enroute witness the mesmerizing Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls. Also, visiting the Spice Garden includes dozens of spice, fruit and medicinal plants. On arrival in Munnar check in to the Hotel & Overnight stay. |
Day 02: Munnar Sightseeing TourAfter Hearty breakfast, take a sightseeing tour to Munnar. The natural beauty of Munnar is rivalled by none. From the landscapes to the flora and fauna it houses, Munnar is home to some of the best visual treats nature has to offer. Visit the famous Eravikulam National Park (30 km From Munnar town), Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, Photo Point and Rose Garden. |
Day 03 : Munnar - ThekkadyA scrumptious breakfast from Munnar and then you are on your way to Thekkady/Periyar - India’s largest Wildlife Sanctuary and a dream destination for any tourist visiting Kerala. The Periyar forests in the area are one of the finest wildlife reserves in the country. Enjoy Boating in Periyar at own cost On arrival check in & Overnight stay. |
Day 04: Thekkady – AlleppeyAfter Breakfast check out & drive to the Venice of the East, the local flavour you experience is further enhanced by the fact that you will be served with the traditional houseboat lunch prepared for you by the locals. What to Carry Light Clothing: Kerala being warm all the year around you are advised to pack light and airy clothes with you. Comfortable Footwear: Ideal for getting around on all terrains including sandy shores and steep slopes. Rain Gear: When you are planning your trip during monsoon which is from June to September you should carry a raincoat or an umbrella. Insect Repellent: Useful where there is a lot of vegetation growth. Sun Protection: Do not forget a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen for tropical sun.
