Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive at Bagdogra airport. Drive to Gangtok Upon arrival at Bagdogra airport, meet our local representative and board your vehicle as we drive you to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim state. This city has a beautiful view of Mt Kanchenjunga. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Fresh ‘n up and relax. Overnight at Gangtok. |
Day 2: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir After breakfast this morning, get ready for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake AKA Changu Lake. This is a glacial Lake, located at an altitude of 12.310 ft. It is a must visit for every person visiting Sikkim. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Later, visit Baba Mandir AKA Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple. This mandir is located between Nathula Pass & Jalapla Pass. This is dedicated to a senetary of Punjab Regiment who was posted there in border patrol force. Later, return to Gangtok. Overnight at Gangtok. |
Day 3: Gangtok to Lachung After breakfast, check out as we drive towards Lachung, North Sikkim. Lachung is famous for its apple orchards & waterfalls. Lachung is gateway to the valley of flowers - Yumthang. En-route, visit Tashi view point, Singhik view point, Bhim nala waterfalls & Chunthang. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel & rest. Overnight at Lachung. |
Day 4: Excursion to Yumthang Valley After breakfast, drive towards Yumthang valley. En-route you can visit hot water spring known for its curative virtue for skin diseases. Yumthang valley is located near river Lachung chu & surrounded by mountains. During summer, the valley blooms with Rhododendron and primula blooming with surreal color shades. Later, visit Lachung monastery, cottage industry and waterfalls. Overnight at Lachung. |
Day 5: Transfer to Gangtok After breakfast this morning, check out from your hotel. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Fresh ‘n up and relax. Overnight at Gangtok. |
Day 6: Gangtok to Pelling After breakfast today, check out from your hotel & board your vehicle for your onward journey to Pelling. This small town has a charm of its scenic beauty. This small town has the best views of Mt Kanchenjunga. The famous Pemayangste monastery is hardly a kilometer away from the town. Reach your designated hotel. Check & relax. Overnight at Pelling. |
Day 7: Local sightseeing of Pelling Today, we will take you to the local sightseeing places of Pelling town. This includes Pemayangtse monastery, Sewaro rock garden, Rabdentse ruins, Darap Village, Rimbi Water Falls, Kanchenjunga falls, Khechopari Lake. Khechopari lake is one of the most sacred places of buddhist & hindu both pilgrims & known as wish fulfilling lake. Overnight at Pelling. |
Day 8: Pelling to Bagdogra Airport/ NJP Railway Station After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the NJP Rly Station / Bagdogra airport for your journey. |
